Maybe it is a semantic difference, but he is right about the pitching and competitions. Too many are like fantasy camps, and you may meet some good people, but many of them are just seduced by the lights. Running a small business is hard work that rarely leaves time for play, and requires continual focus and refocusing on what really matters.
